The Sundial is a ten-story building with 164 apartments. 119 for singles, and 45 for couples. A friendly, independent place to live in the heart of the Montachusett Region. The Sundial promises convenience & comfort all at a moderate price. Owned & managed by the non-profit First Parish Housing of Fitchburg, Inc.

LOCATION

The 10 story Sundial Building is located directly beyond the United States Federal Building and Post Office on Main Street in Fitchburg, MA at 29 Merriam Parkway Temporary parking is available in front of the main entrance or in marked visitor spaces.
